In April, Liberty Investments, Inc. opened Lindsay's on Liberty, featuring fine dining and a wine cellar in an atmosphere reflecting the times of its original construction.

In addition, the Prairie Sky Rooms can provide fine dining, meetings, and banquets in any of 5 variously sized rooms accommodating groups of up to 250 guests. The Sky Room kitchen provides food preparation and creative dining experiences characteristic of the Prairie Building.
